Discovering Our Common Humanity
Welcome to
Gian Carlo Menotti's
Amahl and
The Night Visitors
Faithful Fools Present
Amahl and the Night Visitors, a 55 minute operetta sung in English, that delights those who know it and enchants new audiences too. To know the story and music is to fall in love with the holiday season in a brand new way. This story of love between a boy and his mother, sung with tenderness and humor, will make you remember why we all need hope, even in hopeless times.
“Without art, the crudeness of reality would make the world unbearable."
George Bernard Shaw
Playwright, polemist, and political activist
